Functional Description:
1.Remote networking
Support VPN-based remote networking for secure PLC/HMI program upload/download and remote desktop maintenance, significantly enhancing engineers' remote maintenance efficiency. The RT5001-WiFi-4G variant retains all WiFi-version functionalities with added 4G connectivity.

2.Simplified HMI Gateway Functionality:
Gateway-type remote networking router supports acquisition of Modbus RTU/TCP, BACnet IP, OPC UA, Siemens S7 protocols, and converts them to standardized BACnet IP, Modbus TCP, and MQTT servers. Configuration is performed via X2View software.
Users can map existing device point tables to standardized BACnet IP/Modbus RTU/TCP formats, upload configurations to the hardware gateway, enabling BACnet/Modbus clients to access field device data through the gateway.
Note: the Modbus register on the acquisition side of the gateway starts from 1 (Base1) in decimal and 0 (Base0) in hexadecimal. The base address of the Modbus register on the forwarding side is always from 1 (Base1).
Application Fields:
Used in building automation systems or industrial fields to solve the problem of integrating non-BACnet equipment with Johnson Metasys, Horney EBI or Niagara, Siemens Insight or Desigo CC, Schneider EBO and other building control configuration software;
At the same time solve Citect, IFIX, RSVIEW, WinCC, Kingview, force control and other configuration software through the Modbus TCP protocol integrated serial devices, such as PLC, DDC, thermostat, elevator, air conditioning, UPS, fire, intelligent lighting, electricity meters, water meters and so on.
Operating Environment:
X2View configuration software supports various operating systems, including Win7, Win8, Win10, Win11, Win Server 2008, and Win Server 2016.
The hardware gateway has a built-in WEB server and supports browsers such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, and 360 Speed Mode.
