Working principle(document download) The KNX-TP/RS485 Gateway enables bidirectional transparent communication between KNX TP bus and industrial serial interfaces. By converting KNX-TP control data into standard RS485 signals, this device establishes seamless integration between smart building systems and industrial control networks. It supports reverse data transmission, allowing PC hosts or serial devices to access smart lighting terminals via KNX-TP-to-RS485 level conversion.
